ARRIVAL AT URBAN AIR : 2:45 PM - 3:00 PM
DEPARTURE : 5:15 PM
ARRIVAL AT CHURCH : 6:00 PM
ENTRY FEE : $0 - This will be covered by AMPED Youth funds.

We encourage each child to bring $10- $20 cash with them to Urban Air to purchase anything additional that they may want. All the main activities are included and the youth will be able to enjoy at no additional cost, however, some will be an additional charge. Some things that are not provided on this trip by AMPED Youth are :
- Food will be available for purchase on-site.
- Other activities are available for an additional fee
BOTH Permission forms (LISTED BELOW) MUST be filled out entirely by parent or legal guardian of the child and turned in no later than Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020.
